Hi today I went to Peet's as it's my birthday month for my free coffee. The barista told me to go to my app and find the reward . did not feel that was very friendly . I ended up ordering a coffee and paying for it as my app was not working Correctly . I ask then to speak with Management got treated same way .Management could do nothing without going thru the app .
