These people know what they are doing with a fish.....We had Alaskan crab legs followed by Turbot and Sea Bream. 3 courses with wine £110.00 inc 10% service charge. The food was faultless.However 2 slight drawbacks which they should put right. 1/ You need a teaspoon or similar implement to retrieve the crab from the shell, not a knife and fork. 2/ When serving fish whole on the bone, the chef should tell them to prov...
