The best Vietnamese restaurant in the Metro Richmond area. They have the best beef rice noodles soup #4 on the menu ???? . I also recommend the BBQ pork broken rice. Their portion is very very generous. Very! Their service is used to be one star and now I can see slightly improvement so I add one more. I hope they get better and better. View all feedback.
