Love Banditos! This is my fave spot in Richmond for nachos (with shredded chicken) but also love the shredded chicken tacos. I go a lot of Sunday evenings and the service is always hit or miss. They seem to not have enough staff. It's always two guys behind the bar but the same two guys wait on tables too. So if the bar is full, then service slacks for people seated in the dining area.
