I went to this restaurant for the first time and I will definitely be going back! The women working there were very kind and helpful in taking my order and recommending dishes to me. I ordered the curry fried chicken, Mac n cheese, fried trout, plantains, goat egusi with fufu, African fruit punch, and strawberry lemonade, all for $36! My experience at Africanne on Main today was disappointing compared to past visits. I usually love the mixed greens, but they weren't as good today. The chicken meatballs were tasty, but they were served cold. I was dining inside and expected the food to be hotter. Considering the price, I believe the food should have been warmer.
