This is a little coffee house & roaster with rustic charm run by a friendly veteran of the business that knows & maintains that freshly roasted is the best! I had a most delicious americano black accompanied with a decent biscotti made by a long time local wholesale bakery. Viva Java has a varied high quality selection of beans that one can pre-order. I stayed at a hotel nearby and decided to search for a place to get a good espresso. I found this restaurant, but my first visit didn't go smoothly because they only accepted cash. I don't usually carry cash, so I returned the next morning and was finally able to order a double shot.
