What DL doesn't like about Dunkin':
Two times now I've been to this Dunkin' and neither time they've asked if I was apart of their loyalty, so both times were missed. I asked if there was a way to add it from the receipt, and the gal at the window simply told me no, and that it needed to be scanned before my card, so there was nothing she could do. Every place else I go always asks if you're a part of the loyalty, but not here. What a bummer! View all feedback.
