We have ordered from here several times, its like 50/50 a good or bad experience. When its bad, pickup orders are getting made in the back like 20 at a time before any of them end up on the pick up shelf. So people are just waiting for their orders as they can see them done and finished in the back but no one takes them to the pickup shelf until there are literally like 20 completed.
