Matchbox Cafe is simply amazing my favorite place in the Hudson Valley. The fine restaurants on a paper plate Casual concept and cozy space focus on the fantastic food. The shrimp po' boy is kind. The grass fed beef Cheeseburger is delicious, served with a side of slightly crispy frits. To die salad. 5 stars desserts galore do not miss the red velvet cake!!! View all feedback.
