This place is a joke. Used here at least once a week as it was my son's favorite place, but marked after an in-café pickup order, when it was clear, then the staff like I was lying when I clearly never got our food, I will never give this place another meal. I even tried the "customer care" part of Panera on their website and until today (this happened in June), I haven't heard anything yet... I would rather support... View all feedback.
