We have been to this place thousands of time. Their dosas are really good which keep us bringing back to them. But the customer service they provide is worst. They have only one person to serve the food and no serving ettiqutes. He was literally trimming his nails while we were eating our food. Moreover, he alone is not enough to serve 9 tables at a time.
