Gone a little downhill. Needs a good clean especially the ceiling. So much cobwebs with dirt in hanging over tables. Service could be better except the odd person.
We were there for my birthday yesterday, jen was our waitress, she was welcoming, attentive and really helpful. She knew all our meals, remembered so much, as well as looking after other tables too. Jens, a great waitress. Definitely go back again.
Sat waiting for over 40 minutes waiting for food I ordered spoke to manager told him I been waiting 40 mins then calls me a lier until I shown him time on receipt and didn't even apologise food came and was also cold not happy
My best friend and I like to treat ourselves to a meal at Beefeater after a long day of work, and yesterday was our second visit. The experience has been consistently excellent so far. We both ordered the Ribeye steak with chopped salad, peppercorn sauce, and onion rings, and the meat was tender, well-cooked, and flavorful. The sides were also delicious. However, the standout at Beefeater is their service. Despite being busy, we were seated quickly (thanks to our reservation) and the servers were attentive and efficient. Our server, Jen, was exceptional - probably the best I've had in a while. She made us feel comfortable and went out of her way to accommodate our requests, checking on us regularly. I sometimes feel anxious ordering food in non-Asian restaurants due to past experiences of discrimination, but Jen made us feel welcome. She is a valuable asset to the restaurant. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend Beefeater Redditch.
Cara provided exceptional service at this busy restaurant. She was kind, personable, and attentive despite the hustle and bustle of the place.
