We had our happy hour in the bar, where the staff was incredibly friendly, and we found the Korean chicken wings to be delicious. Although the restaurant was closed for the night, we had a delightful dinner at Carbon County Steakhouse.

We were staying at the pollard for the week..we first ate at this restaurant and Dan and Andrew were great hosts. The food was pretty good and I would have given this place a 4 star until we met the director of the restaurant. She was so rude not just one time but on 2 occasions.
