I've experienced this before: a credit card fee was included in the payment. When I pointed out that the fee was consistently added to the price, they stopped charging it. However, what mattered more was that the food was overcooked to the point of resembling jerky. I wasn't ready to dismiss them completely until my neighbor shared a similar experience.
