We had dinner with friends in this brewery and were positively impressed. We opted for the pancondito, a kind of pizza with very digestible pasta. A real sin the lack of mozzarella, because they do not produce it. Their menu includes homemade ingredients. Being a beer lover, I experienced 2 of the 6 qualities produced.
