El Maguey Mexican - Raytown

What running funk likes about El Maguey Mexican:
I visited recently on a Friday night, where they were quite busy. The chips and drinks were prompt, copious, and crunchy. Even though they were busy. I ordered the Tacos de Carne Asada. They came with the green chile sauce that was quite nice. And they gave you quite a bit of meat and they weren’t overloaded with toppings. Was it mind blowing? What Lori Poje doesn't like about El Maguey Mexican:
This is the 2nd one of these I 've been to and while my daughter calls this her go to Mexican restaurant, I 'm underwhelmed. Not a lot of spice so no heat at all in the food or the salsa. I ordered 3 chili rellanos and the serving size was large and cheesy, but not very flavorful...no yum moment! View all feedback.
