we ordered a sandwich here, it wasn't great. obviously they have a great location in the piazza, but they don't try very hard with their menu. Maybe they stop for a drink or coffee (what it seemed most people did) but skip the lunch. *we hardly saw a waiter, so not sure about the great service reviews? we actually went in to order the sandwich even after a waiter service.
