I found a large live beetle in my entree!!! no apology. My plat of fish with a cream sauce was cold, again no apalogy. My husbands steak was dry and overdone even though he asked for moyen and the echollot sauce was cold, The meal was served with cheap frozen chips which had a unfavourable flavour.
