Despite a recently completed remodel, the dining experience at this restaurant seems to be falling short of expectations. Many patrons have reported frequent order inaccuracies and unsatisfactory food quality, with complaints about the taste and preparation of items, particularly beverages. Although some customers praise the breakfast options and the restaurant's fresh offerings, issues with order fulfillment and indifferent service have overshadowed the positives. While the atmosphere has been enhanced by the renovation, it appears that management needs to refocus on staff training and consistency to restore customer confidence and satisfaction. Overall, the potential is there, but execution remains a challenge.
Decent, but they keep forgetting my ranch (which I'm pretty sure I'm extra charged, but correct me when I'm wrong). Also- the menu board says that the chicken dishes come with 2 pages, but workers only allow them, 1. they need to make sure they are properly trained on the menu.
Spend $33 and have to bring it home and cook it ready. they have to cook. 2 out of 4 biscuits were still raw, maybe 30 percent bo rounds needed more they maybe 70 percent boiled. Homestyle channels were cooked, but were lukewarm. prices rose, but quality has not improved. psbeen missing yall but dang seems like the same old problems hit or miss.
This has been the worst dining experience I've had since moving to Randleman. We paid $22 for two 5-piece tender meals. The mashed potatoes looked like they had fries mixed in, and the strips they gave us were old and burnt, with half the size of a regular one. It seems like they just don't care about their customers.
I ordered a 4 piece chicken supremes when I got home I had recived a 4 piece chicken McNuggets for 10 dollars, these are not supremes, quality of what they are selling in not good, if I eat here again I will inspect the food and get my money back if Iget ripped off again.
Last two family meals I got here the chicken was way over cooked. Skin was so hard and chicken.extremely dry. I love Bojangles chicken but they have been really messing it up lately at this location.
