Carmelita's - Rancho Santa Margarita

I had lunch at this restaurant with my colleagues and was impressed by both the stunning view and the diverse menu. We sat outside on the patio overlooking the lake, and the service was excellent. The menu offered a variety of options, and I thoroughly enjoyed the perfectly cooked carnitas. I would certainly return in the future. View all feedback.

I ordered a chili relleno burrito and they seemed completely confused. They placed us on hold four times. Their solution to the chili relleno burrito was to chop up some green poblano peppers and wrap them with beans and rice. The chili had no flavor. It was terrible. Who is running the kitchen?
