Ordered a medium rare steak. Arrived well done. Waitress was polite and helpful and took my meal away to be changed. Later returned with the same meal and was apologetic in the fact that she had not been allowed to change it. Could hardly eat...it and can only be described as worst steak I've had cooked for me in a restaurant. Extremely poor management. View all feedback.
