I've been a loyal customer of It's A Wrap for more than a year, often recommending it to friends and family. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been consistently disappointing, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. My main issues revolve around the decline in food quality. Just do yourself a favor, and go to No1 Pho. Had the Banh Mi, and wow it was gross.
