I hadn’t been here in 20 years and decided to stop in today since I was in the area and was not disappointed. Their chicken salad sandwich is nothing short of magical and the egg salad sandwich was equally as good. These folks are still in business for a very good reason and deserve the high ratings that they get. If you’re in the north Raleigh area, definitely don’t miss it! View all feedback.

Chicken salad is not worth the hype. It’s the traditional style, with eggs pickles, (and maybe celery). Something in it made it sweet. Not my kind of chicken salad for sure. I will say the portion was generous and the service was top notch though. Maybe I’ll come back in a Thursday try the chicken and pastry. View all feedback.
