We came into town to visit some friends and really enjoyed lunch. Peralta's had good service, friendly staff and hot food. Everything was cooked to order and came out hot. The chips and salsa was excellent!!
Peralta's is great place hidden in Quitman. The staff is friendly, service is quick and the food is always good. The only reason I cannot give them 5 stars is because the building is not truly handicapped accessible. They do have a ramp, but it is sosteep it would be very difficult, if not impossible, for a wheelchair to access.
First the hostess that sat us was rude. When the hostess served us chips were cold and my husband asked if we could have warm chips; she was not happy with request. My taco had a sliver of sour cream under the lettuce tomato and looked as though it wastaken off someone else's plate and the taco shell was stale. I told my husband don't say anything and to just pay the bill andget out of here.
Food was good no doubt but when there's a sign saying will give a $3.91 discount for paying in cash it leads me to believe they're charging their customers for the fees they have to pay as a business to use cards. So as a business that is part ofyour expense not your customers and charging them nearly 4 dollars more just to use their cards isn't right. Lost my business.
Great place! Fastest ive ever had food brought to our table and excellent customer service! If you havent tried it your missing out!!
