best cheese cake I've ever tasted! i do love cheesecake a lot. i also do bake cheesecake a lot. But this one is different.. it is a bit confusing if it is ice cream based or cake based because you cant distinguish which is which. its like a mixture of both. it is not too sweet. the look of it is simple but elegant.
