What User likes about Souk El Shater:
Went for lunch and dinner take out. We got some shawarma sandwiches for lunch to eat right away and bulgur bidfeen to take for our plane ride. The shawarma was excellent, a flavoring combo of spices I'd never had before. Very tasty and good size too. The bidfeen kept well for the few hours before we ate it on the plane. It too was very good. This little, hole in the wall restaurant is a great place for tasty food. View all feedback.
What Elizabeth S doesn't like about Souk El Shater:
The food is ok, though I think some of the halal trucks beat it. We had the chicken shawarma platter and dolma. The meat was pretty dry and bland. Dolma were dolma--decent but not amazing. We ordered pickup and the food wasn't ready when we arrived so we had to wait for them to cook and assemble it. All in all a meh experience. View all feedback.
