I'm a big fan of Bon Chon Chicken so this review uses their double fried wings as a standard for comparison. We got the medium drums/wings combo and it was just okay. Seemed under cooked (not very crunchy and a little stringy inside, also just a light color instead of a crispy golden brown) and the flavor was very light (had the garlic soy). Could have been an off night for the kitchen. View all feedback.
