My mom wanted something minty, and for her, anything 'green' meant mint. Unfortunately, she was mistaken. She ended up choosing the pistachio almond ice cream instead, which, while not mint, was loaded with nuts and quite tasty. This Dunkin' Donuts frequently struggles with getting orders right, often giving customers what they didn't ask for instead of what they ordered. Additionally, this location often runs out of donuts and Munchkins. If the Dunkin' app malfunctions, you may find yourself being charged multiple times for failed orders before they finally get it right. I've experienced duplicate charges for unsuccessful app orders, and you might too. Don't expect this location to resolve any issues, as they do not answer the phone. I recommend finding a different Dunkin' location like I did.
I ordered a cafe and a hot chocolate on the way to my father to share in the sick house. coffee was unimaginable for sugar. please stop sugaring your tassen; not everyone likes their coffee-tasting like a 5 pound sugar bag was dropped into them. no one asked about sugar and it had to go down the drain very disappointed.
Went there today 1:30pm 10/5/22 made my order, and got help from a Indian woman with a gold necklace in the front with such rude attitude and got my simple order wrong I said French vanilla ice coffee and she gave me pumpkin how sad. The new management that took over should really take consideration to get experience workers. This is unacceptable such horrible customer service. Then when I asked does she have ketchup she yelled from across lol. Avoid coming in here they don’t even know how to make anything.lastly night shift all have a dirty look when you come to there window as if you are not suppose to come to it even clearly they are 24/7. They always forgot something at night always take your receipt! I’ll be going to other locations nearby which is the easy fix in this situation ?when will you fix your speaker that never works ? Cmon it’s time to close down
