The workers are very nice, and friendly. I made the mistake of my Matcha latte, they so very happy to to help me to change the new one. So nice and will be back

I've been to this Dunkin' Donuts a few times recently, and sadly, my orders have consistently been wrong. I always request a large (or another size) caramel latte with two Equal, and I make sure to ask for it to be hot. However, I can hear the steam wand working, and when I finally get back to my car, I discover just a plain warm coffee—without any caramel at all. As a coffee lover (perhaps a bit too passionate), I find this quite disappointing. It should be such an easy fix! Come on, Dunkin', please improve your service!
This restaurant is rarely open. I've tried to dine here about five times, and each time I've found it closed. It's really frustrating!
