**Dining at Deep Blue: A Mixed Experience at Terminal 5** Deep Blue, located in Terminal 5, offers travelers a stylish respite amidst the airport bustle. While the restaurant's atmosphere is inviting and the food quality is commendable, with standout items like their croissant sandwich and Pad Thai, service inconsistencies have marred some visits. Although the staff is generally friendly, patrons have reported long waits and lapses in attention from management. Prices are on the higher side, as expected in airport dining, but many appreciate the quick turnaround and reliable offerings. Overall, Deep Blue strikes a balance between quality and convenience for travelers on the go.

This is a cool place to eat while at the airport. Friendly staff, relatively fast service and the prices aren’t too bad. Granted it’s an airport, so prices are a little higher but that’s expected. The croissant sandwich and fresh fruit salad were really good! Also the seats were comfy, which is important when you’re killing time waiting for you flight to board. View all feedback.
What Greg dislikes about Deep Blue:
Avoid this place! They make you sit there uncomfortably, like you're in a barn. The service is terrible—truly not a pleasant experience. There was plastic in my coffee, and I'm still waiting for my food. It's such a joke! Seriously, steer clear unless you want to risk missing your flight! I'm leaving now. I rarely leave bad reviews, and as a business owner, I can say this was a horrible experience! View all feedback.
On my trip from New York to Atlanta, I decided to make a stop at this restaurant. It features a stylish bar and sushi bar that caught my eye! There were plenty of tables available, ample seating, and a good number of servers on hand.
I frequently dine at Deep Blue. I usually fly with JetBlue or Alaska Airlines more than any other carriers. JetBlue is located in Terminal 5, and I think they occupy the entire area. As for Deep Blue...
While waiting for our flight at the airport, we had some extra time on our hands and decided to check out a nearby restaurant that caught our eye with its inviting and serene atmosphere. We were eager to enjoy...
The service at this restaurant was disappointingly slow. We ordered bagels and waited about 30 minutes for them to be served. The couple sitting next to us also experienced a long wait of about 40 minutes. When the bagels finally arrived, they were good, but the restaurant definitely needs to improve their service.
