Checkers presents a dining experience that swings wildly from exceptional to disappointing. While some patrons rave about the hot, fresh fries and commend the exceptional customer service, others report unfriendly cashiers and inaccurate orders. The restaurant specializes in affordable takeout options priced between $1 to $20 per person, making it particularly appealing for a quick dinner or late-night snack. Despite the inconsistency in service and atmosphere ratings, the food receives notable praise, particularly for its burgers and chili. It remains a go-to spot for many seeking comfort food, especially during late hours.

What Sebastian E dislikes about Checkers:
I wish I could give this restaurant 0 stars for their terrible customer service. I purchased food but was not allowed to use the facilities, as they claimed they were out of service. However, I saw someone else come out of the restroom and confirm that it was perfectly fine. The cashier insisted we needed permission to use the restroom, even though we had already made a purchase. Their rules seem very nonsensical. I... View all feedback.

Their rules seem very nonsensical. I demanded a refund and will not be giving this place my business again. The workers were also extremely rude.
This restaurant offers affordable takeout options for dinner, with prices ranging from $1-10 per person. The food and service both received a rating of 4 out of 5. Some recommended dishes to try are the fish and chili.
The cashier was unfriendly and the service was poor. This restaurant is best for takeout, especially for dinner. The average price per person is between $10-20. The food was rated a 2 out of 5, while both the service and atmosphere received a 1 out of 5.
The service was quite unprofessional and discourteous during my visit. I had a very negative experience while picking up an Uber Eats order. I was told to wait without any courtesy, and I felt disrespected throughout the interaction. I believe the staff could benefit from better customer service training.
I was extremely disappointed! I ordered a meal with either 8 or 10 buffalo tenders, which cost over $15-$16. I didn’t open the tenders because they were a bit messy, but when I finally did, I found them to be dry and with hardly any sauce. I called both that night and the following day, but there was no answer. I would like a refund!
