I found parking right by the door designated for pizza take-out - already a good sign. There was no wait and the service was quick. The employees were friendly and even offered my daughters a piece of pepperoni while our pizza was being prepared. The pizza was delicious - we ordered half cheese and half chicken bacon artichoke. Total incompetence of staff. Ordered through their website 4 hours and 45 minutes ahead of time for a timed pickup, paid and had email confirmation. Showed up to pick up pizza and they did not have it ready and said it would be 45 minutes for our food which was timmed for pickup for a reason. Now they are saying it will be 2 days for a refund.
