What Valerie Leclerc dislikes about Topla!:
Online orders are constantly arriving incomplete. Occasionally, it's the side dishes that are missing, other times the drinks or dessert. While they do offer a discount for the next order as compensation, it would be much more satisfying for customers to receive the correct order in full on the first attempt.
