La Piazzeta on Rue Cartier offers a mixed dining experience, with some customers finding the food to be overpriced for the quality and portion sizes, while others raving about the excellent dishes like the country dip app, generous pizza toppings, and creative desserts. The service and ambiance receive mixed reviews, some appreciating the warm, modern atmosphere and attentive staff, while others complain of slow service and high prices. Overall, the restaurant seems to have a good formula going for those looking for a casual, delicious pasta or pizza experience in Quebec City.
What Retta Blanda likes about Restaurant La Piazzetta St-Joseph:
We really enjoyed this restaurant. Modern and relaxed atmosphere. My husband is a true pizza lover and throughly enjoyed the 2 pizzas he ordered. My lasagna was spectacular. The service was also excellent with good wine knowledge and availability. Will definitely go again. View all feedback.
What Maynard Volkman doesn't like about Restaurant La Piazzetta St-Joseph:
Stopped in here while walking down the street. Service was very slow. Took forever to get a table even though there were empty tables. Food was ok, country dip app was delicious. Pizza was average at best. Dessert was excellent. Place was way understaffed, wait times were long. Prices were reasonable. If you want the best pizza in Quebec, head down the street a few blocks to Nina's. View all feedback.
