The impersonal terrace, the service not suitable for a served restaurant because taking away the dishes while you are still chewing and the others are eating does not seem so kind to me, like saying to the diners at 8.30pm: Well, with the dessert you have finished dinner so I ask you to clear the room for the 9.30 pm service.
