This was my first visit to this wonderful restaurant. Don't let the name fool you, the food here is delicious and casual. I ordered the stuffed manicotti and my brother had the chicken parmesan, along with a side of tasty garlic bread. The bread was made with real pieces of garlic. I made a mistake and randomly ordered food from this restaurant. When I called to correct the error and pay for it, I was treated rudely and hung up on. I had to call back to settle the bill and was still met with rude behavior. They didn't have my name or number on file, so technically I had no obligation to pay.
