Bella's Bistro - Putnam

What Tom Farrow doesn't like about Bella's Bistro:
When our meals arrived, we were disappointed to find that the lobster tails were overcooked and stuck to the shell. I tried a slice of my pizza, which was partially burned, and I realized it didn't even have any lobster on it. All we could do was laugh as we sent back plate after plate of poorly prepared food.
