Nestled in the heart of Pullman, this newly renovated café has quickly become a local favorite, praised for its excellent quality, friendly service, and inviting atmosphere. While a bit on the pricier side, the breakfast sandwiches and house-made syrups, including cherry cold brew and piña colada matcha, are worth every penny. The spacious interior, adorned with comfortable seating and a serene vibe, is perfect for studying or casual gatherings. Despite some concerns about a loss of charm amid growth and website inconsistencies, the café remains a delightful spot for food lovers and coffee aficionados alike.

Was Anonym at Roost a mag?
The quality, service, and atmosphere at this restaurant are excellent. It may be a bit pricey, but it is definitely worth it. The breakfast sandwiches are amazing and delicious, the best I have ever had. The drip coffee is always fresh. I highly recommend this restaurant. View all feedback.
What Jeremy Boutin dislikes about Roost:
Although the staff is friendly and reasonably accommodating, the café often appears dirty and disorganized. The food is tasty, but the prices are doubled compared to its actual value. View all feedback.
Typically crowded during the hours you'd expect, but good acoustics enable conversation. Some covered outdoor seating. The coffee and drinks are superior to Starbucks, and reasonably priced. A seasonal selection of fancy brunch items is available with good sharing options. Nice place for a relaxed chat, casual date, or project brainstorming session.
I really appreciate that they offer gluten-free options. Their pastries are amazing, and the staff is consistently friendly.
The breakfast was excellent, and we really enjoyed the atmosphere. The staff was friendly, and we loved the coffee!
Staff are friendly and there are lots of breakfast, lunch, and snack options to choose from. The avocado toast was ok, but the bread they use is wafer thin and seems right out of a bag, which really detracts from this item. Coffee was good but a bit too sweet for my liking (should've said something when ordering, so that's on me). Lots of indoor and outdoor seating, but the minimalist interior means it gets loud with only a few people. Also note that the parking lot is shared with other businesses, so finding a spot can be difficult depending on time of day.
