I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The coffee was smooth and not bitter, and I really enjoyed their avocado toast with scrambled eggs.
Looks like Pullman has another coffee shop. It is very nice to come here recently and feels warm but modern with the renovations they did. And how do I know it's a café again? Many of the local Pullman people I use to see in other places at all hours of the day are now here. It was like an unspoken reunion and it thrills my heart. Coffee is good, fairly consistent and tastes the best right when they open.
Typically crowded during the hours you'd expect, but good acoustics enable conversation. Some covered outdoor seating. The coffee and drinks are superior to Starbucks, and reasonably priced. A seasonal selection of fancy brunch items is available with good sharing options. Nice place for a relaxed chat, casual date, or project brainstorming session.
I really appreciate that they offer gluten-free options. Their pastries are amazing, and the staff is consistently friendly.
