50 minutes waiting to be served, of which 40 minutes out to 2 degrees in winter! scandalous!!! we start to ask ourselves to queue outside like others? . there were 30 to 40 people down, either. then we are told that we have to queue at the entrance at the end of 20 minutes!!! result 10 people get into our nose and the pseudo manager lets them do despite our remarks, to us and to other people queued.
