If I could give zero stars? Really. If you order a pizza that expects it to arrive fresh and it literally comes like it's been sitting for hours, that's a big problem. It wasn't so hot and ready, so it wasn't an excuse. Let's say the pizza was soggy and cold. The route is short, so no excuse again.
