Bummed and surprised at my first experience today considering all the high ratings. I ordered asada, carnitas, and birria tacos and the flavor was...not good. The asada and carnitas were tough and dry, like they'd been reheated 3x before. I couldn't finish my food. The customer service was mediocre and there was a quiet and awkward ambience.
