I was thrilled to see a Kona Grill while driving by, as I've been missing the one in Lincolnshire. The food was just as delicious as I remembered, and the staff was extremely friendly, especially the manager who stopped by a few times and gave us some cool swag. I will definitely be coming back. 40 minutes to pay. I gave the waiter, my credit card and a gift card. The gift card was not credited on my bill. The manager was called who finally credited the gift card. She came back with a corrected bill and kept pointing to the kiosk to pay, but I told her that the waiter had my credit card. She wasn't listening as it took her 3 times of me telling her that the waiter had my credit card! The waiter had my credit card! It didn't seem to matter to her. I can understand an inexperienced waiter, but not a manager, who was not listening to the real problem. It is a real problem when a waiter has kept your credit card.
