What User dislikes about Ruby Thai Kitchen:
Got a really bad container of no chicken friend pieces of batter along with tasteless fried rice. Took one bite and asked for a refund and they denied it. I let them keep my money, as its what they obviously wanted, not customer service/satisfaction, and now I go on to let everyone know this place is not a place to eat at Providence Place....could have given me my 10 bucks back guy at the register. In short, this is not a Thai restaurant. I've never encountered pad Thai with such thin noodles and an overwhelming amount of ketchup.

I truly adore this restaurant! The staff and servers are friendly and full of enthusiasm. They provide generous portions at no additional charge, making it an excellent value. For about $17, I can enjoy a complete meal to share, which is amazing. The ambiance is warm and welcoming, and the food is delightful. I highly recommend it!
Overpriced, photos show vegetables with entree but when I had asked for some vegetables they refused to incorporate any. They're cheap and not worth the money.
