Was Anonym at Phonomena a mag?
We had lunch here with family, and relatives more than a few times, ordered Pho and fried rice and broken rice with chicken. Noodles beef soup and spring roll. It was a good meal and delicious food. Friendly staff and help us with our little kids with seating. This restaurant used to be a popular diner, but I've noticed a decline in the quality and portions of the food, possibly due to new management. The service was mediocre at best.
