The sushi and sashimi are of high quality, but I am confused with why a legitimate Japanese restaurant wouldn’t use real wasabi. Instead, Elite Five serves horse radish dyed with food color. I think it is a terrible decision by the management. Hopefully real wasabi will be served from now on. Thanks! View all feedback.
