The hotel double booked the 5 rooms the group I was in had reserved, then said only had 3 rooms available. Had to move half the group to an actually nice hotel down the road. The front desk staff was incompetent, had drunk people who weren't guests flirting with the desk staff and watching inappropriate shows in the lobby tv, SouthPark and such.
