Came here for the first time today. Decent selection of beers at a reasonable price. Pizza was good! Would probably give it 5 stars if we hadn't been charged $1.10 for a tiny cup of ranch. I used to love going to Rosa's, but yesterday, the food was not as good. I usually eat the penne with marinara, but it was so sweet I could not eat it. It tasted as if they put 1 cup of sugar in my portion of sauce. The pasta was perfectly cooked. The service was not as good as I have had and the ambiance was nice and comfortable.
