I did not say what kind of "quattro formaggi" pasta I would like and the waitress took a "quattro formaggi" pizza. after we had recognized this misunderstanding, she was so friendly and replaced it without any complaining or bad word. even though we dinner in the busiest hours they were really friendly, smiling and helpful.
