Their menu is exceptional, especially the Donburi bowls—they serve the best rice I've ever tasted, paired perfectly with fresh, locally sourced fish. The oysters are outstanding as well! The chef’s talent is undeniable, and I highly recommend experiencing his creativity firsthand. I even tried making a Donburi at home, but it didn’t come close. I’d much rather enjoy the authentic dish prepared by him!
