I have a medical condition, and the staff was disrespectful about it. I ordered the same drink I've had many times at other Jamba locations, but this one simply couldn't get it right. They told me that it is what it is and I could either accept it or not. The Poway location really needs significant improvement in customer service and product knowledge. Quite disappointing.

For some reason, my Jamba app wouldn’t scan correctly, but they still honored the coupon I was trying to use. Then, as I was leaving, I accidentally caught the door and dropped one of my smoothies. While I was scrambling to clean it up, they made me a replacement right away! I was amazed. They reassured me everything was fine and took care of the mess themselves. It was truly the kindest and most positive customer service experience I’ve had in a very long time—maybe ever. I feel terrible that I can’t remember the name of the other team member working with Michelle, but I want to sincerely thank them both!

I thoroughly enjoyed the Vanilla Blue Sky bowl—it was tasty and fulfilling. The staff were so kind that they even brought a bowl of water for our Husky! We’ll definitely be coming back to explore more of their menu!
